He was born on March 3, 1970, in Salem, Oregon, to William and Mary Dettwyler. Arden grew up in Salem alongside his nine siblings, where he developed a lifelong love for the outdoors, photography, and spending time with family and friends. Arden found joy in life’s simple moments, enjoying time with those he loved. Though our hearts are heavy with loss, we find comfort in knowing Arden is now in the loving arms of our Lord.
