Managing a hosting account usually means bouncing between a billing portal, a DNS panel, an email admin tool, and whatever deployment dashboard happens to be open that day. The company launched JetHost AI Connector this week, a secure integration built on the Model Context Protocol that lets customers link their hosting accounts directly to AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and Lovable. That approach is becoming more common as businesses expect AI tools to do more than just answer questions, they want them actually connected to the software running day-to-day operations. Security was clearly a design priority, and reasonably so, given how much control an AI assistant could theoretically have over hosting infrastructure. JetHost says it plans to keep expanding what the connector can do, while sticking to the same security-first approach it launched with.
