Following the catastrophic tornado outbreak that tore through portions of east-central Wisconsin, God’s Pit Crew is responding by deploying critical disaster relief supplies and Immediate Response volunteers to assist communities recovering from widespread destruction. God’s Pit Crew has dispatched multiple tractor-trailer loads of critical relief supplies from its headquarters in Danville, Virginia, to support those impacted by the storms. “Right now, we’re witnessing two communities hundreds of miles apart facing overwhelming devastation from very different disasters,” stated God’s Pit Crew Immediate Response Director, Chris Chiles. “Our volunteers are able to answer these calls because of the incredible generosity of people who support God’s Pit Crew’s disaster relief mission. Throughout both deployments, God’s Pit Crew will provide lodging and meals for volunteers, allowing them to focus fully on serving those in need.
