The following incidents were reported recently by the Elizabethton Police Department:Dalton L. Showe was cited July 19 after police stopped a Harley-Davidson motorcycle on West Elk Avenue that displayed no registration plate. Police charged Livesay with driving while revoked, failure to maintain financial responsibility and failure to maintain lane. Donald S. McInturff was cited July 18 after police discovered his vehicle registration had been suspended during a traffic stop. Hilario Lenin Salazar was cited July 16 after police investigated a hit-and-run crash on Elizabethton Highway. Valentine was charged with driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without a motorcycle endorsement, no insurance, using a handheld mobile device while driving and equipment violations.
