In the midst of hunger, poverty, displacement, and hardship, God continues to write new stories of hope. We witnessed a beautiful testimony at the Church of Christ Refugee Church in Wadweil, South Sudan, where 14 new believers publicly declared Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour through baptism. They are a living testimony that God’s kingdom is advancing even in the midst of a refugee community. Please continue to pray for our brothers and sisters in South Sudan. Pray that God will strengthen their faith, provide food, medical care, and clothing, protect his church, and use their testimony to draw many more people to Christ.
