Xiaomi has officially entered the extended-range SUV segment with the debut of its all-new SkyNomad Series, introducing the SkyNomad N70 Max and SkyNomad N90 Max.
The lineup consists of two models:– Xiaomi SkyNomad N70 Max – five-seat AWD extended-range SUV– Xiaomi SkyNomad N90 Max – flagship seven-seat extended-range SUVBoth models feature Xiaomi’s Kunlun HyperRange powertrain, Armor Scale Battery, and Kunlun Total Safety architecture while emphasizing family-friendly practicality through configurable seating, a completely flat cabin floor, and generous cargo capacity.
Record-Breaking 505 km Electric RangeThe headline specification belongs to the SkyNomad N70 Max, which uses a 76 kWh ternary lithium (NMC) battery paired with a 1.5-liter gasoline range extender supplied by Dongan.
During the launch presentation, Xiaomi compared the N70 Max with several unnamed competitors equipped with batteries ranging from 63.3 kWh to 80.3 kWh, claiming none exceeded the N70’s 505 km electric range.
