Too Faced Cosmetics is relocating its headquarters from Irvine to New York City to join the offices of its parent company, Estée Lauder Cos.Estée Lauder reportedly considered selling Too Faced earlier this year then decided against it, instead choosing to move the make-up brand up to New York. Estée Lauder Cos. declined to comment on the move. In a state Employment Development Department filing, Too Faced, operating as ELC Beauty Inc., said 67 employees would be affected by the permanent facility closure between Sept. 30 and Dec. 31.
