German-headquartered ingredients business, the Döhler Group, has officially opened its new production plant in the State of Mexico, marking the next chapter in its growth strategy in Latin America. The first phase of the project includes an advanced facility in the Arco 57 Industrial Park in San Francisco Soyaniquilpan de Juárez, State of Mexico. Significantly, demand is growing for food and beverages with cleaner labels and, consequently, for ingredients derived from natural sources. By bringing production and technical capabilities closer to customers in Mexico and across Latin America, the facility will enable faster response and delivery times for more efficient logistics. The use of local raw materials and the development of regional supply chains will further strengthen Döhler’s ability to serve customers across the region.
