Structured as a public-private partnership, the CSO is intended to support additional commercial space vehicle processing capacity at Vandenberg SFB by 2029. A Department of War contract announcement published July 28 states the agreement covers space vehicle processing facilities at the base. SSC, which serves as the contracting activity, received four offers before selecting All Points Logistics for the deal.
