The latest wave of attacks killed a couple and their two-year-old child when the attack hit a residential building on Qeshm Island, according to Iranian media. US Central Command (CENTCOM) said it completed a “heavy wave” of strikes late Wednesday in response to Iranian missile attacks on US forces in Jordan a day earlier. CENTCOM said the strikes hit dozens of targets belonging to Iran’s IRGC, including missile and drone facilities, military command centres and coastal defence positions. Jordan and Kuwait both reported Iranian retaliatory strikes on their territory afterward.
