A Fife pub and hotel which has stood empty for almost a decade could be transformed into a five-bedroom home with short-term lets. An application has been lodged with Fife Council to convert former Aberdour pub the Cedar Inn into a family home with two self-contained holiday let units. In 2023, the council approved plans for previous owners Star Pubs and Bars to renovate the former hotel.
