Spirit Halloween is set to open soon in Bismarck, and this year it will be at a new location. Look for the spooky store at 1026 E Bismarck Expressway, in the old Big Lots building. You may remember that the Spirit Halloween store has bounced around Bismarck quite a lot over the years. When Will Spirit Halloween Open?
