Kenton’s National Night Out takes place Tuesday, August 4. Activities will take place from 6:00-9:00 that evening at the Kenton Municipal Pool, and swimming is $2 per person. Local first responders participating are the Kenton Police Department, Kenton Fire Department, Hardin County Sheriff’s Office and BKP Ambulance District. The Hawaiian themed Luau event will feature an evening of fun, food, and community as its strengthen the relationship between first responders and the families they serve. There will be inflatables, games, activities, and a chance to meet local first responders.
