Service animal versus emotional support.
I spoke to your manager, Jesse, who did nothing and continued to allow an “emotional support animal” to contaminate your food.

The ADA states that emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals under federal law.
It defines emotional support animals as animals whose sole role is to provide comfort.
