Police from the 115th Precinct in Jackson Heights are looking for a suspect who allegedly assaulted an elderly woman in broad daylight in front of the Salvation Army Queens Temple Corps Community Center on the morning of Thursday, July 16. The argument escalated into violence when the suspect punched her in the face, causing pain and a laceration, police said. The NYPD released a surveillance image of the suspect and is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying him.
