Pell City is officially opening the doors to its new Fire Station #2. On Tuesday, August 11, from 5:30-7 p.m., at 2911 Martin Street S, neighbors and families are invited to tour the state-of-the-art facility, get an up-close look at emergency equipment, and meet the firefighters who serve the city. The event is set up for all ages, giving everyone a chance to see how the new space operates. “The Pell City Fire Department and the residents of our community can thank the vision and leadership of our Mayor, City Council, and City Manager for this incredible new facility,” said Fire Chief Jerry Dailey in a post to Facebook. “With this, we are well-prepared to protect our City and serve this growing area with the highest standard of care.”
