Qatar has strongly condemned Iran’s renewed attacks on Jordan and Kuwait, calling them a “flagrant violation” of both countries’ sovereignty and territorial integrity, as well as a breach of international law and the U.N. Charter.
In a statement issued by the Foreign Ministry, Qatar warned that the attacks could further escalate tensions in the region and undermine diplomatic efforts to resolve the crisis.
Qatar also reaffirmed its full solidarity with Jordan and Kuwait, and expressed support for the measures both countries are taking to protect their sovereignty and security.
Moreover, Gulf Cooperation Council Secretary-General Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi has strongly condemned renewed Iranian attacks on the territories of Kuwait and Jordan, describing them as a flagrant violation of sovereignty and international law.
In a statement, Albudaiwi said the attacks represented a dangerous escalation threatening regional security and stability.
