That may be the wound no Constitution can heal.
That is the wound no Constitution can heal.
Perhaps that is the amendment Sierra Leone needs most: not merely an amendment to the Constitution, but an amendment to political character.
Until that changes, we may amend every clause in the republic and still leave the wound no Constitution can heal.
