Leigh West councillor Dane Anderton has issued a warning following information shared by Greater Manchester Police relating to incidents around Fosters Playing Fields, AB World Foods, and Westleigh Park. Anderton urged families to discuss the dangers of fire-setting and antisocial behaviour with young people. He said: "I'd encourage all parents and carers to have a conversation with their children about the dangers and consequences of setting fires, trespassing and other anti-social behaviour." Residents are being urged to report antisocial behaviour and suspicious activity to Greater Manchester Police via 101 or online.
