Severn Trent Water and Hafren Dyfrdwy have launched market engagement for capital works frameworks worth an estimated £25bn. The frameworks will cover work across Yorkshire & the Humber, the East Midlands, the West Midlands and East Wales. Severn Trent said the £25bn value was an estimate and could change as the procurement develops. The published value was £25bn excluding VAT and £30bn including VAT. Severn Trent and Hafren Dyfrdwy plan to hold a preliminary market engagement day on 29 September 2026 at a central UK venue.
