Keltbray Group’s profit has jumped 300 per cent back into the black after the sale of its infrastructure services division. Keltbray sold off its infrastructure services arm in August 2024 in a bid to refocus on the built-environment sector. During the accounting period it cut its number of employees from 2,082 to 786, almost halving its wages bill from £108.2m to £54.5m. “This position is supported by the group’s contract profile, which typically comprises shorter-duration contracts and an increasing proportion of cost-reimbursable arrangements within the overall portfolio. Keltbray focuses on demolition, civil engineering, structural and geotechnical engineering, ground remediation and industrial decommissioning.
