Procurement for Housing has launched a £943m framework covering modular buildings and related professional services across the UK. The four-year framework will run from 22 October 2026 to 21 October 2030 and will be procured through an open procedure. Procurement for Housing, known as PfH, is running the procurement on behalf of its administrator, Inprova. The framework will be available to PfH members in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, alongside other eligible public bodies. It will cover permanent modular buildings, temporary accommodation, relocatable buildings, secure facilities and consultancy services.
