A queer couple was attacked by a man on Monday afternoon in the Ludwigsburg district. Police are seeking witnesses and others who came to the couple’s aid. According to authorities, a 23-year-old transgender man and his 21-year-old partner were getting off a bus in Asperg around 12:25 p.m. when a man approached them from behind. The 23-year-old managed to catch up with the assailant, but after another scuffle the unidentified man ultimately escaped. The Asperg police are asking witnesses who can provide relevant information to contact them at the telephone number 07141 15001-70 or by email.
