The event will be held in Doncaster from August 7 to 9 at Willows Farm in Kirkhouse Green and will feature vehicles, living history displays, parades, re-enactments, 1940s entertainment, trade stalls, and children's activities.
The Military Vehicle Trust (MVT), the world’s largest organisation of ex-military vehicle owners and enthusiasts, is sponsoring this year’s event and supporting the appearance of the Sexton self-propelled artillery vehicle.
Boyan Holmes, membership secretary and area liaison officer for the MVT, said: "Yorkshire Wartime is a brilliant way to see these remarkable vehicles up close and meet the people who keep them running.
Battle re-enactments and arena displays will take place on the Saturday and Sunday, while the Friday will offer a quieter show day without those elements.
Founded in 1968, the MVT has more than 30 UK area groups dedicated to preserving military vehicles and supporting education, events and commemorations.
