Anna Dixon, MP for Shipley, has welcomed Prime Minister Andy Burnham’s approach to social care reform. The Prime Minister recently announced that urgent reform of the social care system would be tackled on a cross-party basis. "Changes to adult social care can only work if they are designed with the people who rely on it. She also highlighted the impact social care reform could have on the health service. Ms Dixon said: "Earlier this week, the Prime Minister made clear the impact on the NHS if we fail to act to improve social care.
