Viking’s Fleet Expands Again With Another New Longship

Viking, the world’s most popular river cruise line, expanded its fleet once again when the newest Longship was added to their fleet this week.
Viking took delivery of Viking Dagur, a river ship that was built at Meyer’s Neptun Werft shipyard in Rostock-Warnemünde, Germany.
The 190-guest Viking Dagur is the latest Viking Longship that will offer cruises on the Rhine, Main and Danube rivers.
Leah Talactac, President and CEO of Viking, gave the following statement:“We are proud to welcome the Viking Dagur to our award-winning river fleet.
This will give Viking 114 river ships and 26 ocean and expedition ships in their fleet.
