Police Now, the UK’s only national graduate programme into policing, is inviting applications for its 2027 intake of trainee neighbourhood officers. They then begin working on the front line in neighbourhood policing teams. Police Now graduates receive ongoing coaching and mentoring throughout the programme. It has been recruiting graduates for 10 years and aims to change communities, reduce crime and build public trust in policing. Applications for the 2027 National Graduate Programme will close shortly.
