The Big Brine, billed as London’s first celebration of pickling, fermentation and brining, will take over Hackney Bridge in east London on September 12 and 13. It will bring together top fermenters, picklers, chefs, and food innovators from across the UK for a weekend of flavour, creativity, and culinary exploration. Nick Vadasz, known for his work in the pickling and fermentation scene, will offer practical sessions at the event. The festival aims to serve as a lively meeting point for food lovers, with education, entertainment, and community at its core.
