A 46-year-old man faces aggravated battery charges after a parking lot argument outside a Hialeah Walmart turned physical, leaving another driver with severe spinal injuries and bleeding on the brain, according to police. The victim eventually parked his car, and Salgado initially drove away. When the driver refused, Salgado struck him, triggering a fight between the two men. Police noted in the affidavit that the man may need additional surgery to repair his damaged spine.
