Deep River veteran joins coast-to-coast 'Rolling Barrage' ride

DEEP RIVER — Deep River resident and military veteran Owen Wiseman is embarking on a coast-to-coast motorcycle ride this week with the “ Rolling Barrage ,” a group that raises funds and awareness for PTSD among military personnel and first responders.
This is the 10th year the Rolling Barrage has undertaken this journey, but it is the first year that Wiseman will ride the full way.
Article contentWhen the ride first began in 2016, there were six riders.
“I went home and told my wife I want to do the full ride next time, and she said, ‘I’m going with you!’.”
For many of their rest stops, the group will receive hospitality from local Legions and fire departments.
