EastEnders has revealed a new death blackmail twist for Nicola Mitchell, as the tables turn amid the Eve and Suki Panesar-Unwin storyline. Phil suggests to an angry Nicola that she give George more time amid his grief. Suki threatens Nicola over her own daughter, and when her nemesis hits back, Suki declares their fight isn't "over". Phil suggests George think about the people Eddie hurt, and whether they would forgive him – unaware of why George is really turning to alcohol. However, Eve's ears prick up at George's comment after she suggests death "isn't one big cleansing thing".
