Rendcomb College, an independent day and boarding school for pupils aged three to 18 near Cirencester, closed on Friday, July 3, blaming factors including low student numbers, the introduction of VAT on fees and National Insurance increases.
Already, the school has been put up for sale as freehold property with real estate consultancy Knight Frank, with offers invited over £20m.
