Waterlogged potholes and uneven surfaces have increased the risk of accidents, forcing commuters to drive cautiously during peak hours. The civic authorities should restore the roads immediately before a serious accident occurs,” demanded Ramesh Kumar, a shopkeeper at Puranapul.
