Brighton Marina has announced a three-year collaboration with the Spear programme, a charity dedicated to supporting 16 to 24-year-olds who face barriers to employment such as limited qualifications, mental health challenges, or time spent in care.
Louise Taylor, centre director at Brighton Marina, said: "Supporting and investing in our community is at the heart of what we do here at Brighton Marina.
"We are proud to partner with Spear over the next three years, working together to make a meaningful impact in tackling youth unemployment in Brighton.
As part of the partnership, Brighton Marina’s team will volunteer to run workshops including mock interviews, CV writing, workplace visits, career panels and Q&A sessions.
The marina will also collaborate with its brands and service partners to identify job openings and provide tailored career guidance.
