Located in Hove, the development will provide long-term, affordable housing for people living with physical disabilities and acquired brain injuries. The scheme, located on the former Knoll House site at Ingram Crescent, will offer 28 fully accessible apartments. All units are designed for wheelchair users, with some specifically allocated for 18 to 25-year-olds and two for bariatric residents. The building will be managed by Southdown Housing and the care service will be operated by the Grace Eyre Foundation. Brighton and Hove City Council is currently assessing residents and move-ins will begin from mid-October, with a phased approach over a couple of months.
