City & Country, the award-winning housebuilder behind the King Edward VII Estate redevelopment, has donated £2,000 to Midhurst Town Council for repairs to the wall at Curfew Garden as part of the Midhurst Community Growing Garden scheme. Michael Burt, sales director at City & Country, said: "We are proud to contribute to Midhurst’s community garden project. The project will also support the Midhurst Community Hub’s weekly community lunches and encourage biodiversity and wellbeing through time spent outdoors. Richard Watts, chairman of Midhurst Town Council, said: "Curfew Garden’s historic wall is an integral part of the landscape but has long been in need of repair. The Curfew Garden, located behind the Old Library on Knockhundred Row, dates back to the 12th century and holds a long tradition in the area.
