Mid Sussex District Council is supporting projects that focus on youth, community development and intergenerational engagement through its community grants programme. Councillor Anne-Marie Cooke, cabinet member for communities and communications, said: "Our community grants programme is all about supporting the organisations and volunteers who make a positive difference across Mid Sussex. "We’re proud to support these community organisations that provide real, tangible benefits to local people." Since 2015, more than £936,000 in community grants has been awarded to support sports, recreation, wellbeing and social programmes in the district. Further details about the grant programme, including eligibility criteria and application guidelines, can be found on the Mid Sussex District Council website.
