Rachel Gwilliam, of Billingshurst, West Sussex, was airlifted to Plymouth's Derriford Hospital after falling from cliffs at Pentreath Beach, near The Lizard, on July 20 this year.
She died the next day from a traumatic brain injury and polytrauma sustained in the fall, an inquest in Exeter heard yesterday (Wednesday, July 29).
The inquest into the married accountant's death has been adjourned.
A full hearing will take place at a later date.
Alongside the air ambulance, coastguard crews from Mullion and Porthoustock, an RNLI lifeboat from The Lizard and a rescue helicopter from Newquay all attended the incident.
