Western Virginia Regional JailMILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — A 37-year-old Virginia man has been charged in Wisconsin after prosecutors say he kidnapped a Milwaukee teenager who remained missing for nearly four years. On May 26, 2026, an out-of-state police department contacted Milwaukee investigators after officers encountered the now-adult victim during a domestic dispute. She told investigators Anderson had held her against her will for years and repeatedly physically and sexually abused her. According to the complaint, Anderson claimed he was asleep and did not know what he was doing during the alleged assault. "It's always my fault if he hits me," she told investigators.
