San Diego police on Monday released video and 911-call audio shedding light on the events that led to a deadly shooting by police at a downtown apartment last month. Items like kitchen appliances were seen being thrown out of the window and onto police vehicles below, according to NBC San Diego's Dave Summers. Police then forced entry into the building, video showed. The San Diego County District Attorney's Office will review the investigation to determine criminal liability. A tenant told NBC San Diego that about 110 people live at the building.
