MITCHELL — More approvals are moving forward for Van Buskirk Companies to begin construction on the First Avenue redevelopment near Hitchcock Park.
The Mitchell City Council will consider the Planning Commission’s recommendations at its next meeting.

The property was transferred to the Mitchell Area Development Corporation from the city of Mitchell as part of a Mitchell City Council decision to redevelop a former city-owned mobile home park along First Avenue north of Hitchcock Park.
