Music discovery is a big part of the WFPK mix and Locals Week 2026 was no exception, except it was exceptional. So many great artists make up the Louisville Music scene and we were lucky to find many gems in the bunch including Elephant Corduroys from Crestwood, Ky. The band features Jack Markham on lead vocals with Gabriel Brown on guitar, and Jonathan Lehman on drums. They performed 4 songs and spoke with host Kimmet Cantwell. Their latest EP is called To Just Be Human.
