Signalling cable has been stolen between Airdrie and Caldercruix and means that the line has been closed. Trains cannot run between Airdrie and Bathgate and passengers will need to use rail replacement bus services. ScotRail says that services between Milngavie and Edinburgh cannot run and are suspended. Trains between Helensburgh Central and Edinburgh will now run between Helensburgh Central and Dalmuir and Bathgate and Edinburgh only. Balloch to Airdrie trains can run but may be disrupted.
