OverviewAnother NEET-UG 2026 aspirant has approached the Supreme Court, alleging that his examination score changed three times within 24 hours on the National Testing Agency (NTA) portal after the results were declared on July 16.
According to the petition, the candidate expected to score 620-640 marks based on the official answer key.
However, his result initially displayed 650 marks, later dropped to 500, and finally fell to 135 marks after subsequent logins.
According to the plea, officials maintained that it was the only OMR sheet available in their records.
The petition comes amid recent education reforms announced by the Centre following the NEET-UG 2026 paper leak controversy, including the creation of an expert panel to recommend reforms in the NTA, according to The Week report.
