HanesBrands Australia is comprised of the former Pacific Brands Limited, the leading underwear and intimate apparel company in Australia at the time. Retail channel sales were $813 million in Q2, compared to $137 million in the prior-year period, primarily reflecting the acquisition of HanesBrands. Adjusted SG&A expenses were $193 million, or 12.2 percent of net sales, in Q2, compared to $81 million, or 8.8 percent of net sales, for the Q2 period last year. The company generated operating income of $176 million in the second quarter, compared to $199 million in the prior-year Q2 period. The Adjusted diluted EPS from continuing operations reportedly includes the positive impact of 11 cents per share from the second quarter 2026 IEEPA tariff refunds.
