Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh has identified Jewar in Gautam Buddha Nagar district for the development of a regional medical hub with an estimated investment of Rs 5,000 crore, to position the state as a leading destination for medical value tourism. The proposed UP Cares Jewar Regional Medical Hub will be developed across nearly 200 acres and is envisioned as an integrated ‘medicity’ offering comprehensive healthcare services under one roof.
