30, 2026Compliance software startup Dili has secured $15 million in Series A financing, following a $6.7 million seed round, bringing the total capital raised to $21.7 million, according to TechCrunch.
AdvertisementCo-founded by former Coinbase executive Anand Chaturvedi, Dili develops AI software that helps investment firms automate compliance, due diligence, and investment analysis across complex transactions.
According to Chaturvedi, Dili’s platform is supporting about 700 projects, spanning data centers, manufacturing facilities and other infrastructure developments.
The company currently serves both software customers and clients that outsource compliance work, with management expecting the market to gradually shift toward self-service software deployments.
