Hunter07/30/26An Iowa City man was taken into custody last week after a tire-slashing incident. According to the police report, 45-year-old Robert Williams of Gilbert Court was in a parking lot on Arthur Street July 23rd and allegedly slashed a tire on a vehicle. Williams allegedly told police that he thought it was his son’s car. He was already wanted on a probation revocation warrant issued July 17th. He has a case management conference scheduled for September 8th on the probation violation.
