Rokid has officially announced the Canadian launch of its AI-powered smart glasses, bringing a wearable that combines real-time translation, AI assistance, and hands-free photography into a lightweight pair of everyday glasses. Unveiled in Toronto, the Rokid Glasses support prescription lenses and have been designed to look and feel more like traditional eyewear than bulky AR headsets. “Rokid Glasses are designed to reduce language barriers with real-time AI translation, helping people better connect and understand one another.” The Rokid Glasses will launch in Canada on September 1 for $999, while the Rokid AI Glasses Style will retail for CA$549. To mark the Canadian debut, Rokid is offering introductory pricing through August 31, reducing the Rokid Glasses to $899 and the AI Glasses Style to $499.
