Tomi Adeyemi, the author of Children of Blood and Bone, has said that the process of adapting her novel for the big screen has been "the worst thing I have ever had to live through" after she alleged that she was "antagonised" on set. The novelist, who co-wrote the screenplay, shared a five-minute video on TikTok on Wednesday (29 July) in which she said that she left the set of the film "hyperventilating and sobbing" following an incident.
